#1 - perhaps when you hear that you should pack a bag prior to needing to go the hospital you should listen. perhaps when you feel that you should pack a bag everyday for a week you should listen. there's nothing like fumbling around at 2AM thinking toothbrush, toothpaste, what else?
#2 - you go into labour. the contractions hurt. the nice nurses and doctors offer you an epidural. you finish labour. you rest in the hospital. you still have contractions*, the nurses offer you ibuprofen. something isn't quite right.
* for those that didn't know contractions don't stop after you deliver and are stronger after birth if you're on a second+ child.

I had no idea that contractions continued after delivery (all of my knowledge about childbirth comes from watching TV). Since ibuprofen barely makes a dent in regular pain, I imagine it would be fairly pointless in the face of what is supposed to be the most intense pain most people ever feel.
On another note, congratulations!
YAY! A new burrito enters the world!
More reasons to hope a stork will drop off the next one.
